Pet Policy

Cats
Spinnaker accepts cats in all of our apartment communities. A maximum of (2) two cats is allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $500, and additional pet rent per month of $50.00. Tenants will be required to follow all rules and regulations as stated in the pet addendum to their lease.

Dogs
Spinnaker does not accepts dogs except service animals as required by law.
